| Submission deadline | July 30, 2026 |
The International Conference on Distributed Computing and Networking (ICDCN) is dedicated to addressing advances in Distributed Computing and Networks. Since its inception, ICDCN has established itself as one of the most respected conferences in its domain.
The conference features a highly selective technical program with research papers, workshops, tutorials, posters, demos, and a doctoral symposium, providing a comprehensive platform for the global research community.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome.
- Regular Papers should not exceed 10 pages (double-column), including figures, tables, and references, in standard ACM format. They may include a clearly marked appendix with additional details necessary for validating results (e.g., technical proofs, supplementary experimental results).
- Short Papers must not exceed 5 pages (double-column), including all figures, tables, and references, in standard ACM format.
- Posters must not exceed 2 pages (double-column).
Double-Blind Review
The conference will employ a double-blind reviewing process. Submissions must not reveal author identities in any form. Author names, affiliations, and email addresses should not appear anywhere in the submission. Do not omit or anonymize critical references. Use third-person references to your prior work (e.g., replace "as we have shown before" with "as shown before in [X]").
Submission Portal
All submissions must be made through the EasyChair portal: easychair.org/conferences?conf=icdcn2027 . At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the work.
LaTeX Template
All submissions must use the official LaTeX ACM article template acmart.cls, version 2.16 or greater, with the following document class declaration. Templates are available at acm.org/publications/proceedings-template.
\documentclass[sigconf,authordraft]{acmart}
Generative AI Policy
The use of generative AI software tools is permitted in accordance with ACM guidelines: acm.org/publications/policies/frequently-asked-questions .

Proceedings
The previous instances of ICDCN proceedings along with all the satellite events (posters, demo, workshops, etc.) have been published by The ACM International Conference Proceeding Series (ICPS), which is indexed by ACM, DBLP, Scopus, and other indexing bodies. The previous ICDCN proceedings are available through the ACM digital library.
ACM has introduced a new open-access publishing model for the International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS). Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program and do not qualify for a waiver will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Library. To determine whether or not an APC will be applicable to your article, please follow the detailed guidance here: acm.org/publications/icps/author-guidance .
Venue
The conference will be held in the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK), Surathkal, Mangalore, India.
