The 16th International Conference on Educational and Information Technology (ICEIT 2027) will take place from March 26-28, 2027, in Chongqing, China.

Building on the achievements of previous ICEIT conferences hosted in Toronto, Canada; Florence, Italy; Paris, France; the University of Cambridge; and the University of Oxford, UK, we hereby sincerely invite authors to submit original research papers and work-in-progress reports in the fields of educational technology and information technology.

ICEIT 2027 will place a special emphasis on education and information technology, with a view to addressing multidisciplinary challenges. The conference will include oral presentations, poster presentations, workshops, expert keynote speeches covering cutting-edge topics, and invited talks. Our objective is to enhance the regular program by incorporating emerging themes of notable interest within the field of education and information technology. We encourage authors to elaborate on their research findings and share their expertise, thereby contributing to the joint endeavor of advancing developments in education and information technology.

I. Reviewing Process

1. All manuscripts will be subjected to blind peer-reviewing and are expected to meet the scientific criteria of novelty and academic excellence.

1. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.

1. Review comments will be communicated to you and you may be required to do necessary revisions and send revised paper on or before prescribed day.

II. Plagiarism Policy

1. The content of any submission should be original and must not be submitted simultaneously for consideration towards publication in any other places.

1. Reuse of material previously published by the authors is possible under the conditions that the authors fully disclose (cite) the reference and clearly highlight the innovative contribution of the ICEIT submission and the significance of this contribution.

1. Accepted papers will be published into ICEIT 2027 conference proceedings by IEEE. The proceedings will be submitted and reviewed by the IEEE Xplore and Ei Compendex and Scopus after the conference.

2. Selected papers from Track 3 and Track 4 will be included in the Edited Volume ‘Exploring Innovations in Educational Technology’, which has been accepted by Springer. Final publication will be contingent upon Springer’s review of the manuscript. Those papers will be sent to indexing database like: Scopus, ACM Digital Library, ERIC, INSPEC, Norwegian Register for Scientific Journals and Series, SCImago.

3. SCIE & Scopus Journal

Selected registered papers will be recommended and invited to publish an extended version on the following journals. Please make sure you have added at least 30-40% of a new contents.
